We want you to love your new product and have complete satisfaction which is why we allow 30 days to return or exchange your order.
Don't love it? No problem. Simply return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund. We do not refund original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying to return any unwanted items to us. If your original order qualified for a free shipping promotion and your return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Any returns received after 30 days will be issued a store credit for the full product amount. Any returns received received after 60 days will be issued a store credit minus a 50% restocking fee, 75% restocking fee if the item is no longer being sold.
If you receive a defective product please contact our customer service team to help resolve the issue. Sometimes items may seem defective but you just need some assistance with using them. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you with using your product or provide a return or replacement. We allow 60 days to notify us of a defective item.
Need something different than what you ordered? No problem. We offer free exchanges. Contact our customer support team and provide your order number and contact information. You will be provided with a return label to send back your item and your exchange item will ship out for free. Exchanges cannot be cancelled once a return label is generated.
